Do you know the price point? They’re also already on Ebay.

With my luck, the Made to Move dolls won’t appear where I live until summer, but I’m still ridiculously excited about them.

To answer my own question it’s 14.99$.

I wonder if they’ll continue to call the line ‘Made To Move’ when they take all the articulation away :-)

“To answer my own question it’s 14.99$.”

Not any more. The worthless scabs (I briefly thought about calling them something more descriptive) bought almost all of them up; and are now selling them back to Amazon customers for over *THREE* times the MSRP.

Oh well, ’tis the season. Merry Christmas!!

will these ever make it to retailer stores like toys r us?

  • Reply Jenny November 13, 2015 at 6:41 am

Yes I saw they are now 35 dollars vl

There’s no justification for that kind of profiteering, though. I don’t know if these dolls have been advertised on children’s online sites, television programming or magazines; but you know when they see them they will want them for Christmas, and it’s not fair that their parents should be faced with paying those kinds of outrageous prices, especially when they’re so new. It’s underhanded, mean and unethical; and these scalpers add nothing legitimate to the shopping experienceβ€”just driving up prices out of sheer unadulterated greed.
The only other places I’ve seen them for sale are on eBay (you have to kind of wonder where those resellers got so many!) and Mattel’s site; but the prices are inflated just about everywhere. On Amazon, MTM Barbie and Teresa dolls are now selling for 40 dollars +shipping, while the Asian Lea is $54.95 + ship.
Too bad the inventory won’t just sit unsold until after the holidays, that they might be taught a well-needed lesson.
