Integrity Toys has released images from the new Color Infusion Capsule Collection. In The Mix is the name of the collection and it includes 5 dolls. A lot of people are saying this will replace The Dynamite Girls. As much as I love the new dolls, I was mad about DG and I would be very sorry to see them discontinued. :(

    I think they may replace the DGs with this line to fill in the more ‘youthful dolls’ since the Nu face look more like Fashion Royalty now…but as far as replacing the DG’s I don’t know, the cost of these dolls alone may keep them from being as popular since DG’s started at $39.99 in 2007, and even the last dolls were only about $65 or $69. I think they need to re-think their price point on these dolls IMO. There are still many CI dolls that did not sell from last years convention available. Nice to see some more youthful dolls in the line-up tho!

    Color Infusion was around when Dynamite Girls was still going so they weren’t intended to be a replacement line. Last year Integrity said that the DGs were not being replaced or put aside for any other line and that they were just on hiatus. Here’s hoping they actually stick to that.
