Well it looks like Steffi Love is getting some love from the doll collecting community. I see more and more people interested in her and that makes me happy. Also I’ve seen dolls popping up in US stores.
Below you can find some great promo pictures of the new 2013 Minnie Mouse Steffi Love Collection. The dolls are already in stores across Europe so be sure to check out your local toy shop if you like these dolls. I will definetly be buying the Steffi LOVE Minnie Mouse Urban Style dolls and some of the fashion packs. So, so cute!
Simba, the company that creates the lovely Steffi Love doll, has launched a new doll series called Supermodel that consists of 4 characters: Juls, Sara, Bel and Miri. The official synopsis:
Juls, Sara, Bel and Miri are BFFs who show off their skills on the catwalk. The fully moveable supermodels always wear the trendiest clothes, suitable for any season and any event.
They remind me a lot of the Moxie dolls but I quite enjoy their fashions and accesories. I wonder if they fit Barbie… That would be very nice because I so miss the non-pink/no-glitter My Scene and Fashion Fever clothes.
Check out below all the available dolls a this moment and go to the official site for more images and details.
My friend and colleague Lubo has announced that three new Hunger Games Barbie dolls are coming out this year. They are:
- Hunger Games Katniss (Oct) $36
- Hunger Games Gale (Oct) $36
- Hunger Games Peeta (Oct) $36
I’m not a Hunger Games fan but I can’t wait to see the new Katniss Barbie especially if she will be wearing the fabulous dress from the poster. And now, as a bonus, here’s the first ever Hunger Games: Cathing Fire trailer.
My dear friend Maria has asked me to post this ad. She’s selling an amazing Susy Prima Ballerina doll. I have the blue dress edition and I can tell you she’s stunning and she aslo has articulation. Her price is $30 with free shipping. For more info contact her at mggirl [at] list [dot] ru or leave a comment here.
As you may have already seen, I love Steffi Love, the German doll made by Simba. Today I discovered their website has been updated with a tone of fashions, dolls, sets and accesories. I love the fact that they use a lot of articulation for their dolls. Kudos to them! Mattel, please take notes.
On my wish list are the jeans dolls, the animal sets, the coffee shop and the Steffi & Evie sets. Absolut adorbs! Check them out below.
I’m not really a Disney doll collector but I find some of the dolls fun and I know there are a lot of collectors out there so I thought I might just keep you up to date with the latest Disney/Mattel releases at this year’s NY Toy Fair.

Just saw these amazing Oz dolls on Flickr and I’m in love with them! The Wizard of Oz was one of my fave childhood books and the Judy garland movie is still one of the best ways to relax when I feel like watching a good old movie.
This year I can not wait to see the brand new Disney movie Oz the Great and Powerful starring James Franco as Oscar Diggs, Mila Kunis as Theodora, Michelle Williams as Glinda, and Rachel Weisz as Evanora. I’ve been waiting for this movie since it was just an rumour circulating on movie blogs so you can imagine how happy I was when I saw these A-M-A-Z-I-N-G dolls made by Tollytots. The girls are beyond beautiful and for $19,99 I must get then ASAP! Check them out below.

Aren’t they amazing? Check out the trailer of the movie. Now I’m curious what Disney Store will come up with. They sure will have to fill in some big shoes.
Here they are! The first Monster High dolls for 2013: Super Ghouls. We’ve seen Clawdeen and Spectra at San Diego Comic Con 2012 and now here they all are. Fierce, baby! Love them. <3
